CANDIDATUL IDEAL: Minimum 5 years of experience in retail, management of a big number of employees. Good capacity in analysis, visual merchandising Good knowledge in textile and clothes English Driving license Flexible and available for working almost all over Romania travelling by car. The office is in Ploiesti.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII: The objective is to increase the number of Second Hand shops in central, south and east Romania run for non profit purposes, implement a professional and optimal running of the shops as a chain with a modern layout and marketing to raise economical support for social projects mainly in developing countries. The Retail Manager will have the responsibility for the management of up to 50 shops and 250 employees. The main tasks are to guarantee the perfection in the implementation of the concept, to create a good team and improve the skills of the staff, develop display and visual merchandising, make economic analysis and implement necessary changes, improve procedures and internal controls etc.

DESCRIEREA COMPANIEI: Humana People to People is one of the leading organizations in Europe within the collection of used clothes and the sale of used clothes both in bulk and in retail. This activity has the objective to raise funds for development projects in Africa, Asia and Latin America and at the same time promote recycling and a conscious use of resources. By opening and running second hand shops in former east Europe, Humana aims to create new opportunities to raise funds for its objective and to get most out of the collected clothes.
