Sales administration/Marketing Coordinator - Cluj

POSITION SUMMARY

Based in Cluj-Napoca, Sales Assistant is in charge of managing the installed base and service contracts and has administrative tasks related to sales and marketing.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•SALES & MARKETING (PRIORITY 1)

- Sales assistance activities:

•manage the accounts in the specific tool (Siebel), create and update accounts, opportunities, quotes and proposals; send sales notifications, provide information regarding new sales;
•provide support for the sales department;
•ensures quality of presales and after sales;

- Marketing activities:

•marketing campaigns, new launches, seminars: prepare target lists and contacts, prepare template/letter, send e-mails to the customers(via Cabestan);
•manage new contacts (Siebel);
•A/B/C classification
•Intensive database improvement, correction and enrichment of data, managing contacts in Siebel
•Qualify sales opportunities
•Preparation and follow-up of marketing campaigns
•Launching of new products with dedicated action plans.

•ADMINISTRATION (PRIORITY 2)

- Service contracts administration (Oracle):

•create, activate, renew service contracts;
•invoicing service contracts;
•corrections in case of installed base changes, service contracts cancellation, etc;
•cancelled contracts reports;
•provide information regarding service contracts;
•send the cutting time letters to the customers; 

- Licenses administration:

•manage software licenses given to the clients and ensures issue or extension of these in co-operation with departments from the parent company;

- Data base administration (cutomers&installed base):

•update installed base according to the information received from sales persons, field technicians or other sources;
•update customers data base(in Siebel) according to the information received from sales person, etc;

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

◦Must be computer literate (primary focus spreadsheet manipulation) in MS Word, Excel.
◦Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
◦Must be a self-starter and ability to work with minimum instruction.
◦Must be a team player and successfully juggle and complete multiple priorities.
◦Fluent in Romanian and English (read, written and spoken)

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

•Desired 3-5 years of administrative sales support experience.
•Minimum BA degree or equivalent experience required.
