• Certificat de absolvire a cursului ISO / TS 16949:2009
• Certificat de absolvire a cursului ISO 14001:2004

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
• Analizeaza feed backul de la client, informeaza celelalte departamente si in caz necesar, se asigura de reunirea echipei multidisciplinare pentru elaborare raport 8D
• Urmareste aplicarea actiunilor stabilite in rapoartele 8D
• Se asigura de arhivarea reclamatiilor si a rapoartelor 8D
• Intocmirea documentatiei pentru reuniuni calitate client
• Respecta si contribuie la imbunatatirea Sistemului de Management al Calitatii (SMC) in conformitate cu prevederile standardului ISO/TS 16949:2009
• Coordoneaza activitatile de modificare datorate schimbarilor cerute de client sau non calitatii in intern si extern
• Elaboreaza Alerta Calitate, ca urmare a incidentelor, reclamatiilor si/sau incidentelor receptionate de la rezidenti si/ sau clienti
• Elaboreaza Planuri de control
• Participa la elaborarea si actualizarea Process FMEA, atunci cand este solicitata de catre departamentul inginerie
