Pre – Production Department Manager, Iasi- Romania

Job location: Iasi-Romania

Role Structure

• responsible for coordination of Pre-production Department team, composed by Designing Engineers, Technical Engineers, Modelers;
• responsible for settling team’s working schedule and activity planning, making proposals for optimizing the department activity and monitoring the team’s results;
• responsible for the specific KPI’s accomplishment and team evaluation;
• responsible for the technical tendering procedures and the translation of technical information to the Production Department.

Qualifications and individual background required

• Bachelor Degree in textiles engineering;
• extensive knowledge of technical aspects of clothing textiles industry;
• technical knowledge and /or experience in textile production is a plus;
• exposure to international textile clothing markets and Customers is a high advantage;
• experience in handling Clients requirements;
• proficiency in English is a must; other foreign languages are a plus;
• CAD/CAM programming;
• excellent communication skills;
• keen on taking initiatives and not being afraid to take responsibility;
• proactive and well organized;
• expert in leading and motivating a team.
